Information about the operator, the service and data processing.
Data processed
Form answers, selected contact details, municipality, canton, language, campaign source, consent evidence, follow-up history and limited technical security data. Application data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak; stored data is encrypted in accordance with the measures stated by the hosting provider.
Purposes
Handle the request, prevent duplicates and abuse, provide the requested follow-up, meet applicable obligations and send marketing only after a separate choice. A personalised PDF comparison is prepared within 24 business hours.
Recipients
wefox Switzerland AG, a company limited by shares, Landstrasse 53, 4914 Roggwil BE, Switzerland, UID CHE-347.026.327, is registered in the FINMA register as a non-tied insurance intermediary under no. F01104644 (first registered on 16 December 2024). After consent, the necessary data is transferred to this partner, which contacts the data subject to handle the request. Check the FINMA register
Hosting and security
Application data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak; stored data is encrypted in accordance with the measures stated by the hosting provider. It is transferred over encrypted HTTPS using TLS 1.3 when negotiated. Processing is designed to comply with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act, and data is not resold to unauthorised third parties.
Retention
Periods will be defined by status and purpose. Leads no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal and, where applicable, deletion by writing to contact@clairassur.ch.
Cookies and measurement
Only necessary elements are active by default. Audience measurement stays off without a choice and can be changed in the footer.
