Calculation method
Each active monthly amount is multiplied by twelve; each active annual amount is kept unchanged.
Distribution is calculated from active premiums only, excluding any instalment surcharge.
A surcharge is added only when you enter an explicit annual amount yourself. No percentage or rate is assumed.
